long story as short as i can make it:
after moving across the country almost 2 years ago now, i had to leave behind majority of my craft supplies and old laptop. many things changed in the time since then, namely why i had moved; to become a father, and subsequently moved numerous times already. since i didnt have a laptop or computer regularly accessible, i turned to other social media sites (instagram, namely. also a shared name as here www.instagram.com/archus7/ ) as a means to regularly post new work since being able to rebuild and establish a work space for a multitude of projects and commissions.
for a while i had honestly forgotten my password here (also forgotten my tumblr pw) and even when i was able to log back in, my interaction was very limited while on a very outdated mobile platform. deviantart app just didnt work. (actually using a newer laptop right now, finally)
to answer some questions that i noticed when i had logged back on: yes i do still accept commissions. yes i still post regularly, just not on here because instagram and facebook have much more streamlined mobile access. for a while i was not able to work on any projects consistently because of a) moving around in the last couple years b) heavy work schedules c) raising my daughter d) not having much access to the internet in general/not having a computer and/or laptop anymore, and e) lack of tools and supplies and not having them as easily accessible as before i moved from my home town. yes, i may still upload work here again over time. and lastly, anyone who has already sent in commission requests i would still love to take them on, however, i do already have an ever expanding list of commission projects lined up already and may take some time to get to any new ones.

sometime ago I decided to begin a new chapter of life. aside from basically working all the time now, I currently have left behind my hometown as well.
what this means is that I've also had to do away with nearly all of my art/crafts/hobbies supplies in transition and my travels. this also explains why I have become very inactive across all forms of social media, including here on DA.
I've noticed I'm still receiving commission requests, and I would be happy to answer to them all, but I currently have no work space, nor adequate material and tools to accept the tasks anymore.
however, some day soon I will rebuild my stock of supplies and set up a new workshop to resume taking up commissions. it may take some time though, as I have many other important matters to take care of first and from here on out.
